We may want to use truss for the merkaba, and arcing to the truss is OK.
Some applications for truss may include: 1. the regular pyramid to support the inverted, truncated one 2. the triangle parallel to the ground w/top point We might want to do both. With #2, we might be able to support the parallel triangle with truss towers. It could then support the top point, which is the core rigging point. Also, this would allow us to rig cargo-style climbing and seating nets inside 2 or 3 of the side points of the inverted, truncated tetrahedron. |
